Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream ---
less sweet than most frostings. It starts with a cooked egg white meringue gradually mixed with softened butter until light and fluffy. Its ultra-satiny texture makes it an elegant and definite option. This icing cannot be colored.

Strawberry Buttercream ---
like our vanilla buttercream, uses dried strawberries to infuse a natural strawberry flavor. The strawberries also give it a natural pink hue. This icing cannot be colored.
