• Are the florals safe to eat? While the florals are food safe (or we use floral tubes/wax), please do not consume them! Additionally, if you have a pollen allergy, we recommend ordering without florals or refraining from consumption, as they may trigger a reaction.

• Do you create custom cakes or cupcakes? Absolutely!

• Can I order online? Yes, you can! Visit our order page to do so.

• Do you have gluten-free, egg-free, or vegan options? We currently do not.

• Do you provide delivery services? No, we don’t. Pickup is only available in Downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA.

 

Terms and Conditions: By placing an order with Sage Room, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Artistic Freedom: We retain full artistic freedom in designing and decorating the item(s). The final design may include minor variations or creative interpretations to achieve the best result.

 

2. Inspiration and Reproduction: While we value inspiration photos, we cannot create exact replicas of them. We will strive to align with the theme and inspiration provided, but identical results are not guaranteed.

 

3. Order Finality and No Modifications Upon Delivery: Once the cake or baked item is received by the buyer, it is deemed accepted in its final condition. No alterations, modifications, or refunds will be offered if the order is picked up and accepted.

 

4. Communication of Specific Requirements: The buyer is responsible for clearly expressing any design preferences, dietary restrictions, or other requirements during the ordering process. Requests made after confirmation may not be accommodated.

 

5. Liability: Sage Estate is not liable for damages resulting from mishandling, improper storage, or environmental conditions after the bakery item has been delivered and picked up.
