After you fill out this order request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed if need be. A price quote will be sent to you via email within 1-3 business days upon receiving your request. Please remain patient and be very detailed with your order request.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE USE AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU WILL CHECK, AS YOUR INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ON THIS FORM. INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER IT IS RECEIVED IN ORDER FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE MADE. THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER BEING MADE (IN CASE WE AREN'T AVAILABLE ON YOUR REQUESTED DATE OR TIME.).

Topping Choices & Cake Fillings - Please choose no less than 3 toppings for your cake for a full look. You may request special items and will be charged accordingly. If you are ordering more than one cake on an order, the prices below will be multiplied for each cake. Example: If you are ordering three cakes and you would like macaroons, the macaroons will then cost $21 instead of only $7.
